The world is dying. World War III has all but obliterated it with the nuclear holocaust, cracking the atmosphere and making most of this planet we live on inhabitable. Nations collapsed, and governments fell. All that was left were the survivors to survive with what they had left.

In what used North America, where the Canadian American border used to divide it, is a large civilization divided amount districts. These districts are home to what survivors of World War III can be found in this region. Corporations have rose to take the place of world order, paying individuals to become there trained soldiers of service. Using what they had, and manufacturing there own weapons, a corporate war broke out, and the five districts in the North American Province have been hit by the worst of it all.

Corporate Zero, as they call themselves, is at the top of the corporate ladder. They are the leading manufacturer of weapons, medication, and structural design. Formed by some of the top scientists, politicians, and researchers, Corporate Zero has every right to be on the top, and they are willing to best down any other corporation, even if it cost them one of the few remaining civilizations. The North American Province was their target for their new discovery, a weapon that would disrupt a civilization and pit it against itself. Using the theory of the T and G Virus from Umbrella Corporation before World War III, Corporate Zero has decided to test it's strength once again, holding the cure within there hands, and making it so the world relied on them.

The perfect weapon.

It started in District One of the five. The explosion of an apartment building, made to look as if it was terrorism. Corporate Zero left no traces of there part in this, and the citizens of District One had no idea what to expect. Out of the debris were 'survivors', or 'implanted subjects' of Project Zero. They carried this viral weapon, inside there blood system. Slaves of Corporate Zero, there tongues removed, and hands and feet severed. They were given immediate medical attention, only to bite the doctors which helped them, spreading the undead infection to them. Hours passed, and the doctors moved to there families, and there families to friends. It wasn't until a week had passed until this treat was taken notice, but by then, a quarter of the population had been in contact with an infected, only to be converted into one of the walking dead. Corporate strength died in District One as the threat emerged and the population died quickly. The other districts tried to hold off against the threat, but it was inside of its walls already, and only Corporate Zero held the cure.

District Five was next to be hit hard. The nuclear reactors that powered the district was hit even harder. The works of District Five's Nuclear Facility found themselves as hosts to the undead threat. With no one to work the machinery, the reactors heated up, and then became unstable. In a flash of light, District Five became nothing more then a dirt wasteland.

District Three had managed to save itself from the chaos. Locking itself tightly from the other districts, all security staff are on duty to insure the virus does not breach it's walls. It's the poorest of the districts, and it came to no ones surprise when anyone infected that had traveled had gone to a separate district. District Three is now home to what in infected survivors there are, holding off against the threat in which they have no cure for.

District Four is the security strength of the five districts, and currently the only district still having a fighting chance of survival. Soldiers have barricaded the walls, and locked down doors. Defending against the hordes, they've used thousands of rounds to hold them off, only to be surrounded hopelessly.

District Two, the 'farmland' of the district is just massed amounts of fields, and agricultural centers. Once the infection hit here, it didn't take long for it to beat down the farmers. Due to the low population, the infection spreads slower across the population, and now that the threat is known to them, a lot of the farmers are holding up there own defenses, only to be overwhelmed by hordes eventually.
